We collect your recipes and stories, lay out every page, and print a real book your family will pass down for generations. No app to download. No account to create. No design skills required. Just your family’s recipes, stories, and a few good photos.

Here’s how it works:

The process
The Process
Pick the size that fits your family — 25, 50, or 75 recipes. Not sure which to choose? Most families end up with more recipes than they expected once they start asking. When in doubt, go one size up. Unused slots don't go to waste — they can hold family photos, a dedication page, or just breathing room.

After checkout, we email you a link and a password to your personal Recipe Submission Portal. Share it with whoever is helping collect recipes — siblings, aunts, cousins. Anyone with the link can submit. There's no special app, and nothing to install.
Each recipe gets its own short form: the name, the ingredients, the instructions, and — the part we love most — the story behind it. Who first made this dish? When do you eat it? What do you remember about it?

Submit one at a time. Come back whenever you have a few minutes. There's no deadline.
Don't overthink the stories. A single sentence is enough. "This was Grandma's every-Christmas recipe" is more powerful than a paragraph.
Once you've submitted all your recipes, reply to your confirmation email and let us know you're done. We'll design each recipe on its own page — ingredients, instructions, the story behind it, and the photo you uploaded — and assemble your complete book from cover to last page. You don't touch the design side at all.
We'll send a PDF of your complete cookbook for you to review before anything goes to print. Look it over carefully. If something needs correcting — a misspelling, a swapped photo, a story that needs a tweak — just send us a list. One round of revisions is included.
Once you've approved the proof, your cookbook goes to print. Finished books are shipped directly to your door. Your order should arrive within 2–3 weeks of final approval.
It's a good rule of thumb to plan on about 4–6 weeks from submitting your final recipe to having your finished books in hand.

Before you start

A few things that make a difference:

Photos

Natural light and a simple background are really all it takes— A dish on a wooden table, a pot still on the stove, a handwritten recipe card laid flat — all of it works. You don’t need a nice camera. You don’t need professional photos at all. Some of our best pages are a single family snapshot and a story.

Stories

Don’t consider yourself a writer? Totally fine! Don’t edit yourself. Write the way you’d tell it out loud — the funny part, the specific detail, the thing everyone at the table knows. That’s what makes the difference between a recipe and a page someone reads twice. (tip- use a notes app and speak-to-text!)

Ingredients

‘A handful of flour’ and ‘season to taste’ are both fine — charming, even! List them the way the original cook would have. We won’t change or “correct” your recipes— we’ll simply format them.

Involve everyone

The portal link can be shared with the whole family. Recipes from different people — different memories of the same dish, different handwriting styles — make a much richer book than one person submitting alone.
